S2member email issue

Hi hope all is well,
I like the capabilities of your plugin. (during testing live) The issue I am having is that after customer successfully pays with paypal and gets redirected they do not receive a registration link. I have confirm my IPN and PDT settings are correct. Ihave also send and confirmed test emails from the website. please advise….

Have you tested to see whether s2Member is sending emails? You can use the Email Log plugin to do that. If it is sending emails, then the problem is with your email system. The Postman SMTP plugin can usually diagnose and fix such issues.

Thank you for your reply its the s2member that’s not sending the email for registration after payment is made.

yes its installed I have installed the email log plugin

Have you set a webhook in PayPal?
