S2member can't find the page with the content for course

Hello!

Unfortunately, I’m stuck here. I inserted this shortcode into the dashboard page, but s2member can’t find the page with the content for this course. The pages are protected with level 0 and ccaps course 2. What should I do? Can you please help me? Do I need to create another page? Do I need to set up a link? Best regards Heike

The admin search feature works to find shortcodes, like access_s2member_level1, within wordpress pages.

I am setting up the program and I am having the problem that my test customers (TestGmail and fergfamily) cannot access their Level 1 area when they click on the link for it (Here is your Level 1 content = 404 error page). This is probably because my user is not assigned the ccap; they only receive Level 1, not Course 2 (they bought course 2 – page: Book Course 2 – Darm). This is the PayPal button I am using: [s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level=“1"ccaps=“course2” desc=“Test PayPal Buynow Kurs 2 für 1 Cent lebenslanger Zugang - Ein Kauf ist ungültig, wird gelöscht” ps=“paypal” lc=”" cc=“EUR” dg=“0"ns=„1“ custom=“mitglieder.beratung-ferg.de” ta=“0” tp=“0” tt=“D” ra=“0.01” rp=“1” rt=“L” rr=“BN” rrt=”" rra=„2“ accept=“paypal” accept_via_paypal=“paypal” coupon="" accept_coupons=“0” default_country_code="" captcha=“0” success=“https://mitglieder.beratung-ferg.de/danke” /]

A few months ago, Christian clavaque @clavaque helped me set up the button for Level 1 Course 1 (ccap was created). This was the PayPal button at the time: [s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level=“1” ccaps=“course1” desc=“Test PayPal Buynow 1 Cent lebenslanger Zugang” ps=“paypal” lc="" cc=“EUR” dg=“0"ns=„1“ custom=“mitglieder.beratung-ferg.de” ta=“0” tp=“0” tt=“D” ra=“0.01” rp=“1” rt=“L” rr=“BN” rrt=”" rra=„2“ accept=“paypal” accept_via_paypal=“paypal” coupon="" accept_coupons=“0” default_country_code="" captcha=“0” success=“https://mitglieder.beratung-ferg.de/danke” /]. I have added exactly this button to my page Book Course 2 – Tester and the user = test customer (pipiline007) has received Level 1 ccap Course1 correctly. But the 404 error page still appears: Here is your Level 1 content.

Can you log in to my account and help me? You probably need to check these log files, but unfortunately I don’t understand them. I would be very grateful for your help, because I simply can’t find the error. I think these are two separate problems that need to be solved. Many thanks and best regards. Heike

can you see the problem with?

rra=„2“

Hey Gerard,

thanks vor writing back.

Sorry, I don’t understand. rra=„2“ means downgrade after 2 failed payments. But I only just created the test users. Can you please explain exactly what you mean?

No, I don’t have time.

I’ve given you all the clues you need to figure it out tho.

Being a developer is hard but rewarding.

Good luck.

Hello,

Is the problem fixed? I am a developer and recently had a similar problem; I can help for a fee, if needed.

Hey, Krum,

Thank you very much, it’s very kind of you to get in touch. Unfortunately, the solutions offered to me by Gerard were very difficult for me to understand, as I am not a developer, but only a user who has to deal with this technology. The issue was that after the PayPal purchase, users were only assigned level 1 and not the ccaps. But then I realized that it was again due to the quotation marks, which got mixed up again when copying and pasting. Now I’ve managed to do it on my own. Thank you very very much.

Best regards.

Heike
