EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE
We have the latest s2member Pro version installed on our Wordpress site.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
Member tries to login via mobile or laptop and receives error 503.
The error states:
503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Please contact Support if you need assistance.
BEHAVIOR THAT I EXPECTED
Member should be able to login.
BEHAVIOR THAT I OBSERVED
How can this issue be fixed? Please help!
