S2 Pro Won't Update, Isn't Recognized by WP

I’m seeing this message in WP:

“Your s2Member Pro Add-on must be updated to v170722.
Please log in at s2Member.com for access to the latest version.
Or upgrade automatically using your s2Member.com username & license key…”

I’ve upgraded by putting my username and license key into the notification form, and gives me a message that the update was successful, but the original message doesn’t go away and the pro features are still disabled.

I also tried the manual update instructions, and yes I’ve made sure that the s2member-pro folder is in the right directory.

What’s going on??? My payment forms are all broken and this is killing my business during the holiday. Please help!

It sounds like a caching problem. You need to clear all caches, including any running at the server level.

Michael, if the automatic update is giving you trouble for some reason, have you tried the FTP way?
