S2 Member Checkboxes Not Searchable?

Howdy. Using checkboxes for members to select multiple interests like writing, dance, film, etc., do not appear to be searchable content. What am I missing? I’ve configured BuddyPress as S2 Member suggests.

s2Member does absolutely nothing with search functionality apart from restricting who can see and access hits. Whether something is searchable in the first place is a matter for WordPress itself and/or any other plugins you install.

One of WordPress’s known weaknesses is its default search capabilities, so I suggest trying out different search plugins to see if they can do what you want.
