Hi. Our membership is set up to be “1 Day free / then $40 NZD / One Time (for 1 year access, non-recurring)”. But every now and then (only twice in the last year) a payment is being processed as a subscription, and keep being charged annually. Around 500 other memberships are going through correctly. I can’t pinpoint the problem. Any thoughts?

So you’re using rr=“0” to make it a non-recurring subscription, so you can have a trial, correct? And most of the time it only charges just once, but in that case the person was charged again. Did I get it right?
Would you happen to have logging enabled, and entries for that subscription? That would be sooo helpful. Otherwise we’ll just be guessing. You can send me the logs files privately.
If not, could you at least share with me all the log entries from Stripe? Get all the entries you can for this subscription that had the issue.
