Hi there! I’ve restricted every post, page, category and tag - but when I click a post link, I’m redirected to the Login page, the main nav includes the three post categories in the menu. The weird part is that these categories are not part of the main nav. I have no idea why they’re showing up in this instance. Anyone experience something like this?

I’m not sure I understand you completely, but if you’ve restricted everything and then attempt to access content while logged out, you will get redirected to the Membership Options Page (MOP).
You say “Login page” but, by default, s2Member doesn’t redirect to wp-login.php so I assume you mean the MOP, in which case it’s working as intended.
I really don’t follow what you’re saying here, though:
What do you mean by “main nav” and how does that differ from the menu? Are the categories showing up in one or both?
s2Member does not modify your menus. So the categories appearing in the menu is not due to s2Member. That said, if you want to remove restricted items from all navigation, see WP Dashboard → s2Member → Restriction Options → Alternative View Protection. Select Nav Menus to remove all restricted content from your navigation items.
I figured it out. There was some setting on my theme that was conflicting with S2 settings. Thanks for responding!
