Reset IP Restrictions programatically

Hi All,

I’m trying to figure out how to call/use the Reset IP Restrictions option.
currently if I want to reset user’s IP restrictions once he got banned, I need to go to his profile page and check that box and update the profile.

how can I call this function other than through the profile page of that user?

for example, I’d like to create a script which resets the user’s IP restriction upon variables sent or something like that.
I hope I made it clear as for what I’m referring to.

Maybe someone else knows the answer off the top of their head. I’d tell you that you’ll have to dig through the code to figure it out, but some posters here think that saying that is rude.
