We use required custom fields for several member levels that work fine. But, for this one level, for some reason all of the fields that are required are not getting filled in. We had our first sign-up yesterday and when I go to their user file those fields just have a - in them. - I went to general options to make sure I’d made them required and they are. This is what I put:
Text (single line) snow_zip_codes yes 12
the directions for the field say: enter zip code(s) for report, Separate by commas if more than 1 zip code
I logged out and tested it and it wouldn’t let me submit with those fields blank
