The txn_type/status did not meet requirements.

But if I disable the function EOT “Fixed-Term Extensions (Auto-Extend)” the payment work fine.
“Buy now” functions don’t use EOT, so really not need to activate it for such payments. Did you also have a subscriptions? They use EOT.
Hello, I met the problem as customer and it seems it’s a problem with Paypal servers.
We noticed this issue already 4 days ago and it randomly happens to some of the new users. It seems the problem is in Paypal and there are also other sites with the same problem. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

In other words, if the purchase provides fixed-term access and the transaction is “Buy Now”; an EOT is set immediately, because there is just one immediate payment (no Subscription Profile), and the end date is known right from the beginning.
Sorry, I understand the words
as “Capability (Buy now)” payment, and they have no EOT, as no “period” at all, it is used to purchase a ccap.
I don’t see any ccap here but it’s no use to argue here.
