I recently created Payflow API credentials for use on the website for a recurring payment form.
I’m trying to run a test before giving other signup forms a recurring payment option. I’m trying to test $1 first day and $1 weekly recurring to make sure that s2 and PayPal are setup correctly for the recurring payments.
Upon form submission, I am getting the following error at the top of the page: “Error. Please contact Support for assistance.”
I was able to confirm via firstname.lastname@example.org assistance that my PayPal account is correct. They had asked me to send the log files but now it has been several weeks and it appears that email@example.com cannot receive any mail.
Is there something specific, or a specific log file, that I can look at to troubleshoot this issue?
