Thanks for the credentials. I connected and modified the s2 files for Mailchimp to get more readable logs, nothing changed about the integration Mailchimp yet, though.
Then I registered a new account on the site as a guest, went to check the s2 logs, and everything looks fine there.
It seems like I got added to Mailchimp, too.
Let’s keep it running for a bit, and see what happens with the next signups you get. Also try to reproduce the problem yourself, see if you succeed, so we can check what the log entries say.
