Recent EOT Problem

Recently, new members (S2Member Pro) have registered and paid for a one year account, but they get a notice that the EOT is in 2 days. It appears that only the “Grace Time” is being used, not the required one year plus Grace Time. I’ve had to manually reset the EOT in their profile - and I only discovered this because they (rightfully) complained.

I can’t determine where or how to resolve this issue. I don’t know where the change needs to be made, even after an extensive search in the forum.
