Receiving new email subscription for same topic

Hi,
using Comment Mail™ Pro v161213 with WordPress 5.2.1.

I see a new problem, subscribers (me to) are receiving Email for subscription again and again for the same topic. (the post id is the same)
We have to confirm the subscription each time for new post in the same topic.

Some on could help ?? Where to search ?
