Problems with formatting/CSS for Member Profile Modification form

Having inserted the short code [s2Member-Profile /] on the correct page, it looks like the correct CSS or formatting is missing (the first of the two fields for new password is floating right, next to the notice about passwords; the password strength indicator isn’t showing; the width of the input fields is too small).

I have read and tried to apply the following post: My Pro Form looks nothing like examples I’ve seen, why?.
But nothing I’m doing makes any impact on the form - I’m talking about this page: http://integra-cpd.co.uk/members-area/

Thanks for any help that anybody can give ( I’ve been at it now for several hours, and haven’t got any further).
Michael

We won’t be able to see that page because it’s only for logged-in users.

Have you checked the Console tab, as explained in the first of your links, and checked that there are no errors?

Alternatively, deactivate all your other plugins and switch to a default theme. Does it look right now? If it does, switch back to your preferred them and check again. If it’s gone haywire again, the problem is your theme’s CSS. If it’s still OK, reactivate your plugins one by one until the issue recurs. Then you’ll know the culprit.
