Pro Forms Failing After Server Migration

S2 Versions: 170524 (framework) and latest Pro version, just upgraded today

I’ve read the troubleshooting documentation re: Pro Forms not looking the way they should, and can confirm that there are no console errors, nor are there any errors loading S2 CSS or JS resources.
