Hello, I am probably overlooking something in the shortcode, but if I have a user who was once a paid customer, but then subscription ended and they became a Level 0…if I presented them an option to reactivate (upgrade) from Level 0 to Level 1, shouldn’t the profile fields that are displayed on this form be pre-populated with the information they already have in the database (ie, Name, email, username, password, phone number, etc?).
Currently as I am testing, the form is not being populated by the already established account. Thank you for any direction.
