Possible to transfer s2Member Pro single-site license from one site to another?

I have a single-site license for s2Member Pro that I have used on a site (Site A) since 2012.

I am migrating the Site A content to a new site (Site B) and want to use my single-site license there instead of on Site A.

Is it possible to do this? If so, how can I make it work?
