Why not just hand them a tablet and have them signup as normal?

Tim’s idea is great, but if you don’t want to do that for any reason you could use Redemption Codes. You’d need to create the codes and then pass them on to the people who sign up at the event in some way. Then they could take their codes home and sign up. (This is how this is done at gaming conventions, but not with s2Member. 
)
