Plugins Support No Response

I have raised now 5 support tickets since early November and have had no response.

Unfortunately we are all here… This is THE good question we all ask ourselves… without official answer.

That’s what I hate about forums is the ability for a person to responded with no constructive assistance

s2member is not responding since months… So you can only ask here (as long as this forum is still online - noone knows for how long).

S2member has no more support and probably no employee left. If you are thinking of installing S2member on new projects, please don’t. If you are trying to get support, none exists except those in this forum offering help on a goodwill basis.

This forum’s domain name expires on 27 January 2019. Assuming nobody pays for the renewal, this forum may also cease to exist.

Thanks for the update. So where do folks stand with licensed plugins will all that collapse as well once the domain expires?
