Hi everyone, I would really appreciate some assistance here.
I’m trying to turn off the controls on JWPlayer while using the s2stream shortcode. I’m using the “player_option_blocks” method and then "controls:{false} .
So the code I’m adding into the shortcode is: player_option_blocks=“controls:{false}”
I’ve used the ‘controls’ parameter as that’s what it suggests here : https://developer.jwplayer.com/jwplayer/docs/jw8-player-configuration-reference#section-appearance

When I put this code in the video vanishes entirely, it’s just not on the page at all.
I don’t understand why this is happening, and would very much appreciate assistance getting the video to show and the controls to be removed/disabled from the player.
