PayPal Sending the same IPN Over and Over (Refund/Reversal)

Hi! I don’t know what to do. I changed my PayPal back to the correct account in the plugin but PayPal keeps sending me the same IPN notification over and over again. It’s stuck retrying and I don’t know what to do to release it. That means several emails for the same event being sent since yesterday. :grimacing:

As you know I have to refund the VAT when someone new subscribes using PayPal if they don’t have to pay it, manually. What should I do, @clavaque ?

That happens if paypal doesn’t get a reply of the IPN received - check your IPN log in paypal. If you had a wrong account you can only cancel them from the IPN log.

I already tried that but I can’t cancel it because it has a “retrying status”. The first try happened when the setup was pointing to an older PAyPal account (for testing) but I switched it back and s2member keeps sending me the same notification over and over again. :grimacing:

They’re spacing more, so perhaps PayPal gives up on it :thinking:?

yes at some point paypal will give up.
