Paypal Return Integration not upgrading CCAP

I have setup a button to give a paid member to a CCAP of “a”, but their profile is not being updated when the payment is successful, I have to upgrade them manually.

Any advice?

TIA

Fred

Thanks for the response, it seems that any “New” members are setup correctly but exist Free members do not get upgraded

Could you post the shortcode here?

From past experience, it happens when a visitor makes a purchase when not logged in, and the system can`t seem to be able to recognize that the purchase is associated with an existing member. The best way is to require members to be logged in, before making a purchase.

The “ccaps” field in the shortcode is free, maybe this is the reason?

@nittygritty/Fred,

There is nothing in the ccaps attribute in your shortcode, as pointed out by @krumch.
