Paypal ProForm - no save settings

On my Paypal Pro-Forms page, trying to enter prices in the different levels, but there is no ‘Save All Changes’ at the bottom (unlike other pages).
Any ideas why this will be missing, or how to get it back, or how to save changes made to this page?

Hi Neil.

That page has no settings to save. Those are just shortcode generators and documentation. You’d copy the generated shortcode to paste it in the page you want to have the pro-form.
