PayPal problems... users unable to sign up

Afternoon all,

I’m getting repeated reports through our website’s Contact Form that users are unable to subscribe to the services we’re offering (through a s2Member Pro plugin and automated PayPal payments).

Nobody appears to know why this is happening - cards are declined, despite working for other goods/services. I’ve had 9 different people encountering the same problem now.

Is this something to do with the way the s2Member button is set up? Or is it a PayPal issue?
