PayPal Pro Country List

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out how to remove certain countries from the PayPal Pro Form checkout for Visa and MasterCard. I need to remove about 10 from the dropdown list.

Does anyone know where or how this list is populated?

FYI - Edit the iso-3166-1.txt file in s2member-pro\src\includes.
