One of my customer is getting the following error upon checkout while purchasing monthly membership account.
I am trying to purchase a monthly membership from your website and have encountered a recurring issue with payment.
Upon checkout, I receive the following message:
Error #11585. Missing Token or payment source. Missing Token or buyer credit card.
I have tried switching between the different cards on mine and our team’s Paypal account to see if that will resolve the issue, with no success.
Please can you let me know how to resolve this issue?
