I run S2member with a Payflow Pro account.
Since around August I have had a problem causing error #36 when customers choose to use Paypal Express Checkout. The problem is an extra Authorization (test transaction) has been added to my subscribers transactions.
This authorization is being processed in AUD (my default) where my main transactions are being processed in USD (my preferred choice), causing a conflict.
Does anyone know if this extra authorization that started is something that was introduced by Payal or is it controlled by S2Member??
When subscribers use a credit card using the hosted Payflow checkout, there is no problem at all.
I’m trying to get answers from Paypal now for 5 days, and they have asked me to check with S2Member support… which is, well, non existent.
