My customers cannot make payment as the below error message comes, “Missing or invalid security verification. Please try again.” after 3D checks done. I have contacted strip, they said, all good from our end. I have also disabled 3D security. Please help me with this situation.

Can I see the shortcode you’re using?
Do you have captcha enabled? If so, do you have captcha configured?
Do you also get the behavior with captcha disabled for the pro-form?

I have also enabled and configured recaptcha too
When i remove captach, its working!!!
That happened to me too, I removed the captach and it works. And for now I don’t have any more problems.
