Pay to be sticky in specific category

Is it possible to some how let authors pay for there post to be sticky in a specific category?

And then to have the possibility to pay for another one… so if they cancel one payment it cancels the “stickiness” only in that category?

s2Member does not provide that functionality. But it will probably be compatible with a plugin that does (if you can find such a plugin).
