This is “community” forum, paid members have another way to access developers, look at “Dashboard -> s2Member -> Getting Help”.

I do lot of support and custom development jobs as independent freelancer, feel free to contact me.

That link just sends you off to Upwork. Not at all helpful. It is my understanding that WebSharks has discontinued premium support. Very sad. They should have kept it and raised the price. I think they used to charge $19/year.

Hoping @raamdev or whoever is in charge rethinks this and starts offering a premium support for 50-75% of the purchase price.
