see if u look at my site www.teamdynamics.sg and the register section there is a lost password link …if u click on it it brings you back to the same page not going to the lost password page …

Looking at your page source, it looks like you have WooCommerce and LOTS of WooCommerce plugins installed. This isn’t technical jargon, but my guess is that they are all competing for which one takes control, they all give up, and the page refreshes.

@clavaque has said he wants to build more WooCommerce integration so ask him for that :slight_smile: There are even a couple recent posts requesting it.

In the meantime, though, my recommendation is to disable the s2 stuff or disable the Woo stuff and see if that solves it.

Or, to be super sure, disable all plugins but s2 and see if it works. Then add back plugins in the order you need them based on priority and test each time to see when it breaks.

@RavinAlakh s2Member doesn’t touch the Lost Password tool. It has to be something else affecting that page. I suggest that you test for plugin/theme conflicts. The tips in this article are good to follow: https://s2member.com/kb-article/common-troubleshooting-tips/ :slight_smile:
