Page access restrictions not working for level 0

Hi,
Page access restrictions are not working for level 0. They were working yesterday, I honestly don’t know what has happened to stop it from working. I only have 1 other level (Level 1) and that works fine.

I have checked the page ID restrictions and I have put the correct page IDs in.

What is the behavior you’re seeing that makes you say it’s not working? Please give me as many details as possible to help me understand your problem.
