Page Access Restriction not working

Hi Forum

I’ve set this page to require the highest level of access but I can still view it when not logged in.
https://2018.unitedayurveda.com/members/my-profile/certificate

I wonder if that is the same for you?

I could open it no problem.

Could you show me a screenshot of your restriction in s2Member for that page?

Are you able to restrict other pages but not this one, or you can’t restrict any pages?

Make sure you have set a Membership Options Page, restrictions won’t be activated without it. WP Admin > s2Member > General Options > Membership Options Page
