Not receiving confirm emails or subscribes to mailchimp

Hello,

When logging in, subscribers/members are not receiving a confirmation email so not being logged into mailchimp subscribe list. I did not want them to receive user/pass to the site but only a welcome message and added to the lists assigned.

How do I adjust so that they do not have access to the site but are added to the designated lists?

Hi Kelli.

So you don’t want them to signup to the site, just to opt-in to your list? In that case use a Mailchimp optin form, no need to have the user register to the site.

You’d get the Mailchimp opt-in form from Mailchimp. E.g. https://mailchimp.com/help/add-a-signup-form-to-your-website/
