I’m trying to enable nextgen pro and it does NOT cause a crash but when I try to add images on the nextgen popup I get another popup saying i do NOT have permission to view that page. Anyone come across something similar?

I’m not familiar with NextGen Gallery, but will try to help you sort that out. 
Is that behavior caused by s2Member? Does it go away if you deactivate s2Member temporarily?
And could you show me a screenshot of the popup? s2Member doesn’t use popups for restricted content, instead it redirects to the Membership Options Page.
Well it wasn’t s2member. To tell you the truth I’m still not sure. A little FM I guess… Disabled s2member same problem disabled a few other plugins no change. Tried a little later in the day and it is now working… No idea why.
