Newbie Use Case: An Organization With Committees

Use Case:
This is for a volunteer site (I am volunteering to help).

The site will have members (no fees/charges).

Each member might be assigned to one or more committees. Has anyone used S2 Member for this type of use case? I need to display the committee memberships. and be able to export the committee with member contact information to a CSV file (for mail merges).

To add, what if each User might be a member of a local chapter and then committees on top of that?

You could create a optional custom field of type Select Menu (drop-down) called ‘Committee’…

You could use custom profile fields as Gerard suggested. You can also use custom capabilities, which would let you filter their access if needed, too. You could do both, too.
