New subscribers being created without EOT date

We have several members who have signed up and paid with PayPal - and as far as I can see, no EOT date / time is set on their acccount. Is this normal?

It’s not universal as other accounts, including a test one I made myself, have had the EOT set correctly.

Thanks for any suggestions as to why this might be.

If there is “recurring membership”, no EOT in the account, as it depends of the payment processor. Limited time memberships has EOT.

Thanks Krum. Glad to know it’s nothing to worry about.

So as long as the account is linked to an active PayPal recurring subscription, all is well…

Yes it’s right, only “buy now” payments add an EOT time to s2Member!
