New subscriber registration issue

Hello,

I seem to be having a problem in registering new subscribers to my website.

Whenever a new subscriber tries to register ( i.e clicks on Register button after filling up the form), the website gets blocked and user is not registered.

Is there any way of solving this problem?

Can you please clarify what you mean by “gets blocked”.

Create a test user and try registering a test user. Tell us what happens. Does an error message pop up?

Please provide a plugin list so we can see if there is a likely other plugin that might collide with s2member.
