Forgive me for any lapses in my first post here and thanks in advance for any help.
I am new at supporting a complex WP site with 20 plug-ins including a custom one.
I have found https://s2member.com/release-archive/ with the s2Member Pro v170722 zip file which I need. But clicking on the link associated with that file takes me to https://s2member.com/prices/, where I’m invited to pay up. It says you get lifetime access to all versions with either the single site or multisite Pro version. Since my website already contains the Pro version, it appears that I’m entitled to a free update.
I navigated to a license file which had a bunch of stuff about the terms of the license, but I was unable to find any license number or code. How do I prove to s2Member that I have the right to download the update that I’m being prompted to download and install, without paying again?
