is it possible to make when user added any 3 items and will have a discount ??

You can have packages made bundling individual products, and give them a lower price, but these would be defined by you in the payment shortcode, not modified by the customer.
You’d need some customization to achieve that. s2Member doesn’t have a shopping cart for the customer to add or remove items.
