Multi-site Authors and editors don't have access

For some reason my editors and writers can’t access my site admins anymore but I can (admin). They get a message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I have these guys setup as staff in both the top level domain and the lower level domain. Is there some setting I missed in the setup that might be able to fix this?

s2Member doesn’t do anything to the regular WordPress roles (only s2Member roles), so the cause of your problem lies elsewhere.
