Hello, we switched from a Paypal payment gateway to Stripe. Now, people are being demoted one day after they signed up. The membership is supposed to be for a year. Is there some settings that are different with Stripe? We’re a non-profit club – any help is appreciated!

Check your Stripe settings in s2M options pages, may be something wrong there. Also, your Stripe account can be set to “test mode”. Also, you may create wrong payment shortcodes, or wrong period in them…
