Members experiencing issues w/ logging in

I’ve been getting a large amount of support tickets from members who are saying that they’re receiving an “email not recognized” notification when attempting to log into the membership.

There are no cache plugins activated as well.

Also - when they request a new password, they do not receive an email.

Any suggestions? Would love some help.

This may not be related to s2Member. User management is done by WordPress.

Is this happening with all users or only some?

Darn - tried trouble shooting and I can’t seem to solve BOTH issues.

What troubleshooting actions did you try?

Did you disable other plugins and the problem persisted? Could you reproduce it in a clean installation of WordPress? You could do it normally, or try a plugin to help you. E.g.
