Member Profile Not Showing on Lost Password Link

For some reason when I click the Lost Password link, which goes to https://www.hmamembers.org/my-account/lost-password/, I am not seeing my Profile form. If I am logged in and test this page the form shows up.

I have reviewed my set-up and all appears to be OK. I have enabled Login/Registration Design: https://www.hmamembers.org/hmam-login/?action=register

There is no Level Restriction on the My Account page and I am using the short code [s2Member-Profile /].

I am running multiple Plug-ins with this site, including WooCommerce, WordFence Security, and more.

Once Plug-in I am using is WPS Hide Login which change the default /wp-admin to what ever you want to use for logging in.

Before I go through the arduous process of turning off PLug-in, has anyone else had an issue similar to this?

Thanks

Why shouldn’t it go there when you click the Lost Password link? Also, why would you put a profile editor on the lost password page? People who have lost their passwords are, by definition, not logged in. Thus there is no profile to display.

Are you saying you are trying to change the password using the lost password link while you are logged in?

You are correct about that. Sorry yesterday was a long day.

Here is the issue: I have enabled Login/Registration Design and made my Log-in page all pretty.
The issue I am having is when you hover over the Lost your password? link on my Log-in page (https://www.hmamembers.org/hmam-login/) it reads “http://www.hmamembers.org/my-account/lost-password/”.
It should be linking to “https://www.hmamembers.org/hmam-login/?action=lostpassword” and I am not sure why this is being overridden or where to go to change that.

Enabling the Login/Registration Design seems to have changed my wp_lostpassword_url hook but I cannot find where this is occurring. To test I disabled this option and used the default WordPress log-in and the link for lost password is still wrong.

Please note I am using a Plugin (WPS Hide Login) to change the default log-in from wp-admin to hmam-login.

A quick note, I hodge podged this page “http://www.hmamembers.org/my-account/lost-password/” and added a text link to the correct password reset form but it adds a couple of extra steps that I feel are unnecessary.

I would still like to know how change the link in the S2 Members Log-in form.

Thanks

First, there is no “s2Member log-in form”. s2Member merely allows you to add a logo to the default WordPress login. You can change the lost password link using the lostpassword_url filter.

Hey. It took me a while to find this topic, which has to do with my problem. I clicked your “change the lost password link” link to get the filter, but I don’t see anything I can use. Maybe I’m missing something?

Mine is being redirected to “/lost-password” and it needs to be redirected to “/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword”. How do I do that exactly/specifically?

What other plugins are you using?

s2 doesn’t cause that issue.
