Member Export with missing data

Not sure when this changed…but in the past when I exported the member database to see EOT dates, all was good. My recent export 2 days ago is missing almost all my member info including important dates.

How long ago did you do the next-to-last export? There was a problem with a recent release that caused this problem, but it was patched almost immediately. Check to make sure you have the latest version of s2Member (and s2Member Pro, if applicable) installed (v170221).

I am using Version 170221 + s2Member Pro v170221 - and still have this issue.

Check for errors in the dev console on the export page, both before and after you’ve done the export. I don’t expect there will be any, but you need to be thorough in your troubleshooting. Just right-click anywhere on the page and then click the Console tab.

There are no errors.

Email support is not replying to my emails.

I really need someone to tell me why suddenly the export page is blank regarding the important export information: First Payment Date Last Payment Date Auto-EOT Date Custom Value Paid Subscr. ID Paid Subscr. Is there any other plugins that handle your members somehow?
Is there caching plugins?

We use ZenCache Pro - but nothing has been updated or changed for this to cause an issue. This is not a new plugin to the site.

I would open a GItHub issue, if I were having this problem. In fact, that’s what I did when I had it.
