Member charged after cancellation

Hi,
Stripe has charged a member even he cancelled subscription few days before.

That’s very odd… Right there it mentions the cancellation, so I don’t get why it charged him again… s2 is not telling Stripe to charge each time, that’s managed by the Stripe Subscription.

In the charge after the cancellation, if you inspect the log entries, do you see mention of the subscription it’s related to? Does it match the subscription he ended? If you go to his client profile in Stripe, does it mention any active subscriptions?
