Hi,
A member is getting the following error when trying to pay for access to my site through PayPal:
I assume it is a problem with my set up as he can make similar payments with other sites.
How do I begin troubleshooting this?
Thanks.

What is the shortcode you use to show the form/button ?
Hi, thanks for the reply.
I’m using the URL output as below:
[s2Member-PayPal-Button level="1" ccaps="" desc="Betting Masterclass Premium Access" ps="paypal" lc="" cc="GBP" dg="0" ns="1" custom="profitablebettingsolutions.com" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="49.95" rp="1" rt="M" rr="1" rrt="" rra="1" image="default" output="url" /]
Someone else has tried to sign up and they got a different error message:
Should I hire a developer to fix these issues because this is too difficult to figure out on my own and it is affecting my business?
Cheers.
Have you tried putting https:// at the beginning of your URL?
Sorry, I wasn’t clear. I was referring to the URL in your custom attribute in the short code.
If you’re getting a message talking about a certificate problem, that suggests that it’s looking at a URL that doesn’t start with https.
