Does this plugin allow me to sell membership where a registered and paid member can edit/create one post? I have created the custom post type (with custom taxonomy and several custom fields) and now want to sell access so that they can edit/manage the content. It’s not clear to me how your memberships are designed to work, but s2Member can almost certainly handle that part.
However, s2Member has nothing to do with who can create or edit posts, so that would be a job for a (front-end?) post creation plugin like Frontend Publishing, User Submitted Posts, Frontier Post, or Write Here. All these plugins should work fine with s2Member.
