Right now no one can access the membership site. Luckily I still have access as admin. However, various members are emailing me that they receive these messages upon trying to log in. I tested it with my own extra member account and cannot log in.

Can you please advise me how to correct it? Thank you.

Wild guess, but disable Cloudflare?

Or install the Cloudflare plugin.

Cloudflare and similar sites share IP addresses so lots of users appear to be using the same IP so when one gets locked out they all do, but the plugin helps to know the real IP addresses.

You’d need to check your Brute Force restriction. They may be failing to login too many times. Or someone is trying to break into those accounts and triggering the restriction. WP Admin > s2Member > Restriction Options > Brute Force

You can also adjust that restriction to be less tight, but it’d still be important and good that you find why it’s being triggered, especially if for so many accounts. Your server log may be helpful, ask your web host.
